In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

wnl786's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
